Brief description of your farm and/or business (for your online profile).
I raise Gulf Coast Native, Shetland and Karakul sheep in Rappahannock County, VA. We have the largest flock of critically endangered Gulf Coast Native sheep in the mid-Atlantic and it’s growing. This breed, native to the southern U.S., is sturdy, very parasite resistant and has beautiful medium to fine creamy white wool. We breed for Spring lambing and lambs are ready to go to new homes in late August. Contact me early to get on the reserve list. I also hand process fiber for spinners and sell raw fleece.
